Epic Party Rent - General Rental Policies

1. Rental Terms & Conditions
  • Reservation: All rentals must be reserved at least 72 hours in advance. For larger events, we recommend booking 1-2 weeks ahead of time.
  • Deposits: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event.
  • Cancellations: Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days of the event are subject to a non-refundable deposit.
2. Delivery & Pickup
  • Delivery: We provide delivery and setup services within the designated area. Delivery fees may vary depending on the location and the size of your order.
  • Setup: Our team will handle the setup of tables, chairs, and other furniture. For other items like tents or lighting, additional setup charges may apply.
  • Pickup: Items should be ready for pickup at the scheduled time. A $50 late fee may apply if items are not ready for pickup at the agreed time.
3. Damage & Responsibility
  • Inspection: We thoroughly inspect all items before delivery to ensure they are in perfect condition. However, we ask clients to inspect the items upon arrival.
  • Damages: Clients are responsible for any damage or loss of rental items during the event. If an item is damaged or lost, the client will be charged for the replacement or repair costs.
  • Cleaning: All rented items should be returned clean. If items require cleaning beyond normal wear, an additional cleaning fee may apply.
4. Payment Methods

We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and cash payments for deposits and balances. Full payment must be received before delivery.

5. Rental Duration & Late Returns
  • Standard rental duration is 24 hours, unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • If you need to extend your rental period, please contact us as soon as possible. Additional charges may apply.
  • Late returns will be subject to a fee of 25% of the rental cost per extra day, unless previously arranged.
6. Customer Support

Our team is available for assistance Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM. For emergencies or urgent requests outside of these hours, please contact us directly, and we will do our best to accommodate.

7. Special Requests & Custom Orders
  • We strive to accommodate special requests for unique rental items or custom setups. These must be discussed and confirmed at least 2 weeks in advance.
  • Custom orders or specially requested items may require an additional non-refundable deposit.
  • If we do not have a specific item you need, we can assist in sourcing it from our network of trusted partners.
8. Weather Policy
  • If your event is outdoors, it is your responsibility to have a backup plan in case of inclement weather.
  • Tents and outdoor equipment are designed for light weather conditions. In cases of extreme wind, storms, or unsafe conditions, we reserve the right to delay, reschedule, or cancel the delivery for safety reasons.
  • If rescheduling is necessary due to weather, we will work with you to find a suitable alternative date. However, refunds for weather-related cancellations are not guaranteed.
9. Liability

Epic Party Rent is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur as a result of improper use of our rental items. We recommend that all equipment be used as intended and in a safe manner.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Any data collected through our website or in-person transactions will only be used for the purpose of fulfilling rental orders and communication.
